Exercise Routine Without Equipment
Yes, Parkour is a very nice way of staying at shape, the improvements in different techniques will force you to gain muscle and speed but, sometimes you don't have the space or time to do it, so in order to stay training even those days I recommend this easy training not equipment required.
Is really easy but incredibly effective! In fact is the routine that marine forces uses when in field!
Maybe simple but if you are just starting, you may have troubles completing the session, if that's the case I recommend to take it easy and do as you can until you can't finally complete it without troubles.
Of course, don't forget to warm a little before start and stretch after finished. If you want to do it every day you can do it twice in a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
