Total Abs Workout Routine

If you want to succes in any sport you need to build up your body the right way, and parkour is not eseption, in this post I'm want to show you one abs workour routine thats work great for me, so I decided to share with you.
Please notice the in the left down corner, there is the "level" section,  so if you are just starting I recommend you to star from level III of course, and try to rise your level after at least ,not less of 15 or 20 days.
